How to book

To confirm and secure your booking we require a small deposit which can be paid over PayPal or Bank Transfer during the booking process, the balance is payable in cash on the first day of your tour to your guide or driver, in euros, dollars, or dirhams.

Cancellation policy

At Best Tours In Morocco, we understand that your plans can change, or you may need to cancel your booking. We have prepared a policy to protect our valued customers and our company’s interests. Please read our cancellation policy below before booking.

Early Cancellation:

  • If you cancel 30 days or more before the date of your booking, you will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation:

  • If you cancel between 20 to 30 days before the date of your booking, you will receive a partial refund of 10% of the booking fee.
  • If you cancel 10 days or less before the date of your booking, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you need to extend the tour date, your deposit will still be available for future use.

Provider Cancellation:

If, for any reason, we must cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule, or you will receive a full refund. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing us.
