Cancellation Policy

At Best Tours In Morocco, we understand that your plans can change, or you may need to cancel your booking. We have prepared a policy to protect our valued customers and our company’s interests. Please read our cancellation policy below before booking.

Early Cancellation:

• If you cancel 15 days before the date of your tour, you will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation:

• If you cancel between 10 to 14 days before the date of your tour, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of the booking fee.
• If you cancel within 9 days of your booking, you will not be eligible for a full refund. However, we can work with you if you need to extend the tour date or make any modifications to the tour. Your deposit will still be available for future use.

Provider Cancellation:

If, for any reason, we must cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule, or you will receive a full refund. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing us.
