Safsaf Oasis Day Trip Itinerary
We will start our Day Trip from Merzouga to Safsaf Oasis at your accommodation whether you are in a hotel or at the camp, taking you on our 4WD vehicle and then drive towards Safsaf Oasis, Safsaf is located close to the Algerian borders about one kilometer. We will pass by Erg Chebbi and Tisserdmine.
We will stop to visit a nomadic family in a tent, here you will have a Berber tea with locals, and then we continue our Safsaf oasis day tour from Merzouga. As we reach our destination, we rest under the palm tree shadow, prepare a Berber pizza and a cup of tea, and later have lunch.
After the rest, we will continue our desert trip on the way back passing by nomadic families and villages, we will head to the desert to enjoy the sunset by camel ride or 4WD car and experience sandboarding. We mark the end of our day trip to Safsaf from Merzouga as we drop you off at your accommodation.
